From start to finish, AirPlus did a fantastic job with installing a new HVAC. Jake was very thorough in reviewing my situation, came up with two options, and made sure to provide itemized breakdowns of each component he quoted. The company's use of technology during the quoting process shows proficiency not just in their trade, but in the part of providing service that I really appreciated. I was quoted two systems using their presentation apps that were then presented to me via email. Their pricing is very competitive, and they landed between the two other quotes I was given. On the lower end, I was just given a heat pump and compressor, and on the high end, I was offered a heat pump, compressor, and water heater. AirPlus offered a heat pump, compressor, water heater, and humidifier (which my home needed, given my indoor humidity rested around 25%) at a cost that came in under the high end by almost $2000. On the day of the installation, a very professional pair of installers came and had everything set up after 6 hours of work. They brought rags to protect my flooring, were very thorough with the routing of wires and lines, and vacuumed the floor of the utility room when they finished. They'll always get a recommendation from me!

We had the Airplus team install a new 4-ton Lennox Heat pump and air handler. The whole process could not have been smoother. Prior to installation, they checked our ducts to ensure proper sizing and to address any homeowner concerns. Shortly after authorizing the work they had us on schedule and performed the entire removal and replacement of the system in less than 8 hours. The team consisted of 3 very courteous and professional technicians. Prior to leaving they made sure everything was clean and answered all of my questions. I contacted a few HVAC companies and I ultimately chose AirPlus for their timely response, speedy scheduling, and fair pricing. My AC completely stopped working and it turned out that I needed to replace my entire system. Because this happened during the heat wave, I needed somebody to come out ASAP. AirPlus was able to get a technician out the next day to provide an estimate and then get me scheduled for the very next week (they were scheduling out two weeks but were able to squeeze me in - thank god !). On the day of installation, the 3 guys who showed up were on time, very polite and courteous, and proved to be experts at their craft! What was supposed to take 7 hours, ended up only taking them 4 hours! Overall I’m very satisfied with the job they did and even happier that I chose AirPlus. 100% recommend it!

"Tony was kind, patient and professional through the whole process"

Tony rewired our garage, laundry room and added a heater to our basement bathroom and installed a recessed outlet for our tv upstairs. This was all 1960’s wiring that had been “improved” DIY style by the owner. He did the hard work of getting all the old wiring pulled up and removed before installing new updated wiring. It took a few visits but we got there - mostly because we didn’t know how much he needed done before he started. He was kind, patient and professional through the whole process and I’m glad we have a great electrician we trust to call.

Everything about my experience with Air Plus was top-notch. Tammy was fantastic at answering all of my questions, and if she didn’t know an answer, rather than fake it, she took the question offline to her experts. Joe did a really thorough assessment of the issues we were having and was great at helping me intelligently select the right equipment for our home. And Air Plus’s crews were absolutely incredible! They arrived and worked all day to replace both of our HVAC systems (they were well beyond their useful age). One of those systems was in our attic, and it was 90+ degrees outside that day. As I already stated, they were incredible. And now, we are enjoying the cool air from our new HVACs, which Air Plus flawlessly installed.

Fantastic company and great people. I have interacted with many folks at Airplus and every one is exceptional. You can tell a lot about a company from who answers the phones, and the folks who do at Airplus are always helpful, professional, and proactive. (Thanks Danielle and Dana!). I’ve had the following work done by Airplus: home generator, whole home humidifier, electrical work (new outlets), whole house surge protector, furnace valve/regulator repair, and load-shedding modules for two patio heaters. I’ve been incredibly happy with all the work and in one case where the issue wasn’t resolved at first, Airplus promptly returned to warranty the work. My interaction with Joe (the owner) has also been excellent. On one occasion he recommended less expensive work than what I requested because he felt the added cost wouldn’t get me the results to warrant the more costly option. Shout out to Robert and Hunter, but really all the folks there are great. I’d give Airplus six stars if I could.

We recently bought a house and it had lots of HVAC issues. We decided that we wanted a Mitsubishi duct + ductless system and reached out to AirPlus since they are a Mitsubishi Diamond installer. They were really good about coming out and working with us to find a solution that worked for our needs. There were some small delays with the parts, but the delays were way shorter than what we expected. They were in contact with us and we always knew what was going on. The install took 2 days and the guys were really solid. They paid attention to detail and didn't cut corners. There was a bit of confusion because the wall-mounted mini-split units were supposed to be recessed. We talked to the installers, but they said they couldn't do that while they were out since it would take too long. They set up the system to work so we wouldn't be without service and scheduled an additional day to come out and correct the mounting to be recessed. Even though there was a bit of confusion, they were solid. We are happy with our purchase and the installation.

Dominic came to our house today to rewire our electric panel for our whole house generator. He was on time, super friendly, and very thorough! He even went the extra mile (literally went to the Fire Department) to ensure that the fire marshal got the information he needed for the unit to pass inspection. We haven't had the occasion to use the generator yet (thank goodness!), but so far, we're really pleased with the product and customer service we've received with AirPlus!
